Baseline is a browser application provided by Catalyst Logic for engagement management and client risk registers. It operates on data stored in your own Microsoft 365 environment; Catalyst Logic hosts only the application code.
All content you create or edit through Baseline is stored in your organisation's Microsoft 365 tenant and remains subject to your agreements with Microsoft and your organisation's policies. Catalyst Logic stores no copy. Backup, retention, and recovery are provided by the Microsoft 365 platform (version history, recycle bin, and any retention policies your organisation applies).
Access to registers and engagement records is governed by Microsoft 365 team and channel membership administered by your organisation and Catalyst Logic as applicable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own Microsoft account.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in breach of applicable law. The service is provided for use by organisations engaged with Catalyst Logic and their invited users.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Because your data lives in your own tenant, unavailability of the application does not affect access to your files through Microsoft 365 itself. We may update the application and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyst Logic's liability in connection with the application is limited in accordance with the applicable services agreement between Catalyst Logic and your organisation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
